I applied for this position on LinkedIn. Didn't call back much of it. Took over a month to contact me. They wanted an in person interview. So took half a day off work, collection all the mode down to downtown Chicago. Didn't offering to validate parking. Met the Unabridged squad, I mean, like viii people. Very siloed, no communication between departments. I presented code samples in the interview. Ended up to be a low ball offer. The facilities seemed to exist outdated, also as their policies on remote work for IT workers.
