I wish I could become lower than a 1 star. Bought my daughter Sims 4. Tried for hours to download it. Kept getting error messages. Emailed the tech support team, they responded inside 24 hours with a few questions of their ain. I answered them all and I am now almost to week 3 with no response. I grew up on madden and nhl hockey. Never once more will I utilize but from this visitor
Practise Not PAY THEM
Wish I could give them nil. I have liked the games for years, only, assuming they ever fifty-fifty respond, customer service incompetent, unhelpful and unethical.
Only way I was able to get relief was by disputing the fraudulent charges with my credit card.

EA has always been bad from the start
You have to sympathize one thing. EA has been the worst company with good games since they hit the market place. Now, if you lot accept had a practiced experience with no or limited bugs in a game, count yourself lucky. Should you have a trouble with a game they are useless. The term helpless desk-bound applies 10 fold hither. I accept avoided them for years. About 5 years ago, I unwittlingly purchased a game from them from Origin. Origin is EA, I did not know this, I found out when I had a problem with a game. By then I had bought iv other games. Evidently, I stopped in one case I knew they were EA. At present, I am in a disgusting predicament having to deal with encephalon dead people in support of one of their games. Sadly, what I should do is consider it a loss and motion on. My stubborness expects some kind of customer satisfaction, which I should know by now is incommunicable from them. Adept Luck if y'all bought anything from them. Pray for me!

I wish I could give information technology no stars aboutsly awful game its scrpited yet ea claim its not... When it is. The visitor don't listen to you when you lot have a trouble with fifa atrocious company shouldn't me allowed to brand games.
Zero Customer service
Over expensive games that last a month earlier you get corrupt data and the game wont work.. There is No help from EA.. This game was better with Codemasters. EA bought it and ruined it..

Terrible. It's hacked at their stop. Will non link with my ps5. Totally different electronic mail linked. Cannot help unless I give lots of info such as personal info. I just won't buy thier stuff anymore. I propose everyone to practice the same. If yous buy a new game you risk not being able to play it.

Anyway, on the whole they're another useless, shady, greedy, money oriented company. The name of this game publisher doesn't upward to its reputation. They have nothing to practise with arts let lonely sports not to mention how buggy their games are. Fortunately I don't play their games, if and so, only inside game pass. For instance they made a bad decision most Canticle based on their greediness and not putting faith in this project cause it however has some potential. They won't get any money from me. I adopt playing SE games (Outriders, Curiosity's) as we can get more expansions and updates.
TERRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE
I dowloaded fifa 22 to steam one-half a yr ago. I have had many problems with is since. But two weeks ago i got a new problem. I have at present contactet their terrible costumer service v times now and they proceed om sending me some terrible links that doesent work. Dont ever buy anything from this company and never cantact their costumer service always. Its the worst custumer service ever. They still havent fixed my problem and now im missing tots nice ea terrible company. I switching to PES 22

A 5hitty company that does non care about customers. Their chief game (FIFA) is buggy as hell and fifty-fifty though they know about this (lots of forums total with entries related to the same concern) they do 2 things in regards: nothing and zero else. Very dissapointed of buying EA games, people who lost the passion for doing videogames and now they but sell products.
Trashyyyy games and company back up team.
Make sure when you lot play a game. Pitiful a video game which for years has came with online chat and trash talk that y'all don't say annihilation back to the person talking trash to you considering when y'all exercise if they report yous you'll be banned for no reason any and they don't intendance and won't give your account back it happened to me two times where someone can talk trash to me but I type 1 thing back that's not even shut to the stuff they're maxim to me and it gets reported considering you read it instead of hear it and they don't record vocalism conversation? How does this work peculiarly when video games are legit something that has had trash talk integrated into it for years specially games with proximity chat. Similar it's not an upshot that someone was talking to me because I'm not a big baby like some people after they're called "impaired" or something. I'grand not talking nigh being out here using the trashiest words possible. Only uncomplicated trash talk and that can ban you. On height of that they actually spend more time taking out trash talking players so cheaters. You tin find a cheater every other game but don't worry they'll be back considering EA cares more about someone talking trash and so a hacker and there customer service is terrible. How does that make any sense especially later I've spend $100s on the game just to lose the account for some stupid stuff because I'd rather type then utilise my voice at the time? if I could requite it negative stars I would. this company killed my mom and stole my child hood. i cant have kids anymore from the constant abuse on my testicles and I have nigh had enough of it at this indicate. We should all gather and throw ceo off the roof as a prank bro, its but a prank.
